If you’re still riding the high from MEAT Noosa, trust us—you’re not alone. The smoke’s cleared, the grills have cooled, and the pits are finally getting a well-earned rest… but mate, what an absolutely cracking day it was.
From the moment those gates swung open, the energy was unreal. Crowds rolled in hungry and happy, pitmasters were already carving, slicing, and plating like champions, and that unmistakable BBQ aroma wrapped around the whole venue like a warm smoky hug. Everywhere you looked, people were smiling, laughing, comparing brisket notes, and juggling plates stacked higher than good sense should allow.
Our food vendors absolutely delivered this year—brisket that melted, ribs that fell apart just looking at them, wings that should probably come with a warning label, and desserts that made grown adults weak at the knees. The BBQ School was packed all day with folks leaning in, learning tricks of the trade, and leaving with that I-can-totally-do-this grin.
And honestly? You all made the event what it was. The vibe, the excitement, the patience in lines, the cheers when the band kicked off, the support for local legends—it was everything we hoped for and more.
We’re still unpacking boxes, scrubbing grills, and answering emails with BBQ sauce fingerprints on the keyboard, but we’re already fired up for MEAT Noosa 2026. It’ll be bigger, smoother, and maybe even a little smokier (if that’s possible).
