Barbecue Mafia, founded in 2013 by four passionate lads from Brisbane, has evolved from a competitive barbecue team to a renowned brand and now restaurant and food truck specializing in American-style low 'n' slow barbecue. Smoking their fare on custom-built Smokers using Iron-bark, Oak, and cherry wood, the crew led by Pitmaster Drew has garnered acclaim for their 12-hour smoking process and left-of-field Low N Slow menu.
BBQ Roadshow will be serving delicious, juicy smoked meats (12hr brisket, 9hr pulled pork, Cajun spiced chicken, beef ribs & pork ribs), cheeseburgers, wings, sausages, mac'n'cheese, the legendary MONSTER burger and even a veggie burger that can be made vegan on request. Your ticket includes access to cooking classes, a meat expo, and live music. Food, drinks, and trade stall purchases are extra. Your ticket is valid for the entire day.

Most dishes range from $10 to $55+, depending on the size. While it may be more expensive than fast food or cooking at home, our pitmasters are dedicated and passionate about their craft.
Yes, there will be a number of seating options provided, but you are more than welcome to bring a picnic blanket.
Children under 4 enter for free. Children aged 5-17 require a child ticket.
We gather some of the best vendors in the country. However, barbecue by nature is time-consuming to prepare. We strive to keep queues at an acceptable level, especially during peak times (12pm-4pm).
While we have some of the best smokers in the country, some vendors may run out of menu items or take short breaks as the day progresses. Nonetheless, there will always be a great selection of food available.
We accept tap-to-pay, EFTPOS, and cash (in selected areas).
