💥 Meet Luiz – The Passion Behind the Pit
Born and raised in Brazil, Luiz grew up where barbecue is more than just food — it’s tradition, it’s connection, and it’s joy. After moving to Australia, Luiz discovered a new obsession: low and slow barbecue. The smoky flavours, the ritual, the craft — it completely won him over.
In 2023, he turned that love into something bigger and launched Luiz’s Barbecue. Ever since, he’s been building a loyal following with his monster offset smoker, juicy ribs, tender brisket, and deep smoky flavours that leave people dreaming of second helpings.
“Nothing makes me happier than seeing people enjoy my food and knowing I’ve made their day a little better,” Luiz says. And trust us — your day will be better after a bite of Luiz’s brisket.
